The Zips stomped Central Michigan in the 2nd round of the MAC tournament 82 to 53! This sets up a rematch of the last game of the season against rival Kent State in the semifinals tonight, 9pm at the “Q” in Cleveland. GO ZIPS!
I have a feeling we will be seeing the Zips in the final tomorrow night on ESPN2!
The University of Akron ‘ basketball team is the 2nd seed in the 2007 MAC tournament!!! Their first game is tomorrow night 7pm verses 7th seed central Michigan at the “Q” in Cleveland.
Please do not be confused. Just because I live in Michigan does not mean I am a Michigan fan. I could think of nothing worse! I am still and always will be an Ohio sports fan. Especially when it comes to the Zips.
